Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8fbd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8fbd website at https://8fbd.app, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, including all policies incorporated by reference herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

8fbd operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, and related entertainment services to adult players in Bangladesh. All games available on the platform are supplied by licensed and independently audited software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

8fbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 8fbd after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.

This Agreement should be read alongside the 8fbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the terms of those policies in full.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 8fbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 8fbd is strictly an 18+ platform. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited without exception.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under guardianship, power of attorney, or any other form of legal restriction on your contractual capacity, you are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on 8fbd. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate registrations are a breach of this Agreement.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify 8fbd promptly of any changes to your registration details by contacting [email protected].
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with 8fbd or any other responsible gaming programme that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your sole personal use. You may not register on behalf of another person, allow another person to use your account, or operate an account as an agent or representative of any third party.

8fbd reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accepted proof of address includes a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

8fbd may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Section 3

Account Obligations

Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 8fbd account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through the account. You agree to the following obligations as a condition of maintaining your account:

Account Security

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 8fbd immediately at [email protected]. 8fbd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8fbd platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, or software tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a verifiable software error may be voided.
• Depositing funds through payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that originate from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Opening multiple accounts, including accounts in other names or with altered personal details, to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 8fbd staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of bonus balances, and — where applicable — reporting to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

Account Currency

All accounts on 8fbd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. 8fbd does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

8fbd supports a broad range of payment methods to serve the full spectrum of Bangladesh's digital banking and mobile wallet infrastructure. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — available for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — available for deposits and withdrawals, subject to standard bank processing times.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit cards linked to Bangladeshi bank accounts.

Deposits

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 8fbd account balance in real time under normal conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

8fbd reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to your account balance, particularly for first-time deposits or deposits that represent a significant change in your typical transaction pattern.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within fifteen minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 12 and 24 hours depending on the processing schedules of the receiving institution.

All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. 8fbd will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. This requirement forms part of the platform's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

8fbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 or where the request pattern triggers an internal compliance review. Requested documents must be supplied within 72 hours or the withdrawal request may be suspended pending receipt of documentation.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

8fbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The general bonus conditions below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on 8fbd are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. As a general reference, welcome deposit bonuses on 8fbd typically carry a wagering requirement in the range of 20x to 35x the bonus amount.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games such as Baccarat and Roulette typically contribute between 10% and 25%. Sports bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to contribute toward wagering requirements. Zero-contribution games will be clearly listed in the specific promotion's terms.

Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, both the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are not extended except in exceptional circumstances at 8fbd's sole discretion.

Bonus Abuse

8fbd actively monitors accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing exclusively low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 8fbd reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings and to close the account involved.

Promotional Changes

8fbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not disadvantaging players who are already mid-wagering on an active bonus. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be permitted to complete wagering under the terms that were in place at the time of claiming, even if those terms are subsequently revised.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 8fbd platform. Game-specific rules for individual titles are governed by the rules published by the respective software provider.

Sports Betting

All sports bets, including live in-play wagers, are accepted at 8fbd's sole discretion. 8fbd reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on any market, event, or selection. Accepted bets are confirmed by the issuance of a bet slip reference number. Verbal acceptances or on-screen confirmations that do not include a reference number are not valid.

• Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds will be voided. 8fbd will notify the player by email if a bet is voided due to a pricing error.
• In the event of an event abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that sport and market type.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket matches are subject to additional market-specific rules published in the 8fbd cricket betting section.

Casino Games

All casino games on 8fbd operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time human dealing. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying game mechanics and are not influenced by 8fbd or any third party.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing wagers. Bets placed in excess of the published maximum will be returned without settlement.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting the platform or any game, 8fbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not valid and will not be paid. 8fbd will communicate confirmed malfunction events to affected players by email within 48 hours of resolution.

Section 7

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their 8fbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Involuntary Suspension

8fbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term within this Agreement, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 3.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that 8fbd reasonably believes may be unlawful.
• Confirmed or suspected duplicate account operation.
• Failure to supply requested identity or payment verification documents within the stated timeframe.
• A request from a responsible gaming authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held securely and will be released upon satisfactory resolution of the matter. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, 8fbd reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breaching conduct, including winnings derived from fraudulent play.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion requests — should contact [email protected] and clearly state that the request is a responsible gaming closure. Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8fbd's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8fbd shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, even if advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information caused by events outside 8fbd's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from Internet or mobile network connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any nature arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 8fbd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

The 8fbd platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 8fbd targets 99.9% platform uptime, temporary interruptions for maintenance, security patching, or events outside 8fbd's control (including force majeure events) may occur. 8fbd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows wherever possible.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.
